Could all team captains please be advised of some of the recent rule changes that have come into force for the 2015 season.

The most important changes are listed under 16.1.5, 16.2.5, 16.3.5. and 16.1.6.1

The principal behind these changes is to ensure reserve players when stepping into a team play in their correct ranked order.

Calling all club secretaries!  Please could you check out your club’s web page and confirm that the information you find listed is accurate and up-to-date.
