We are pleased to announce we have released the details of a new Torbay Restricted Doubles Tournament. This tournament will not be handicapped, we hope to have sufficient entries to run 2 grades. Please request your desired grade on the form but the organisers will make the final decision based on entries.

Please encourage your club’s members to enter the tournament this season. We are keen to involve as many of our players as possible this season, together hopefully we can make the event a success. We will also be distributing forms to clubs.

Please note the closing date for entry is just before Christmas on the 21st December, and good luck to all those that enter!

As usual the TDBA committee members and all your club committee members have been working hard in the build up to the season.

We have a new chairman this year, Darren Peterson, together with the help and support of the existing committee we are hoping for a great season.This season we have a new ladies division, we are hopeful this will prove successful and go on to increase the strength and depth of the league. We have reintroduced a mixed league and it is hoped players new to league badminton will find the mixed league a friendly introduction.

As you can see we also have a new website and facebook page.  Please do let us know if you have any news or information you think we should be featuring on the site.  Also, if you take a look at your own club’s information page and notice any out of date information, please do let us know.
